Click & Collect is now available at our Wilbury Way shop in Hitchin, making it easy to order online and collect at a time that suits you. Simply place your order, select Click & Collect at checkout, and we’ll let you know when your items are ready to collect.

A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made. Where possible, we will also provide delivery notifications, including in-flight options, to allow you to make alternative arrangements. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, a card will be left, and the parcel can be collected from your local DHL depot.
Delivery times are:
- 7:30am – 7:30pm (Monday to Friday)
- Saturdays up to 3:00pm
For parcels exceeding 30 kg in weight, our carriers will require assistance upon delivery. Deliveries are made to the ground-floor entrance only and will not be carried inside the premises.

When Will I Get My Order?
Delivery is usually made within 1-2 working days for orders placed before 9:00pm.

When Will I Get My Order?
Delivery is usually made on the next working day for orders placed before 6:00pm. Next-day delivery applies to mainland UK orders only. Orders placed before 6:00pm on a Friday are typically delivered the following Monday. Orders placed over the weekend are usually delivered on the following Tuesday.

Please Note
Our two-person delivery, positioning, and unpacking service is not available for Red Zone addresses or Northern Ireland BT* postcodes. These deliveries will instead be completed via a one-person doorstep service.
Our specialist delivery team will contact you to confirm a delivery date. If you have provided a mobile number, you will receive an SMS on the morning of delivery, followed by a notification when your delivery is next.
Delivery of machines, refrigeration units, and all flat-pack items is made to the ground-floor entrance only. This service does not include negotiating stairs or lifts. Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products will fit through doorways and into the premises, and that sufficient access is available for the carrier to complete the delivery.
We cannot accept responsibility if items do not fit or if the carrier is unable to complete the delivery. Any carriage charges resulting from an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and may incur additional costs.
Delivery includes unpacking and positioning of your product, and our delivery team will also remove any unwanted packaging.

Is there legal parking available outside or on the property?
Will someone be available to receive the delivery?
Will the item fit through the front door? If in doubt, please measure to confirm.
Will the item fit through any bends, hallways, or corridors inside the property?
